About the department FLIR Executive Office is a management support unit reporting directly to the CFO of Novo Nordisk. We support the EVP area FLIR - consisting of , Corporate Finance, Legal Affairs, Corporate Procurement, Corporate Facilities, Investor Relations and Novo Nordisk’s internal consultancy unit. We facilitate and drive cross-functional management processes, FLIR and NN initiatives and projects. We work closely with the internal consultancy unit FLIR Consulting, and together we make up a young, dynamic department consisting of ~15 dedicated employees with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies or with previous Novo Nordisk experience. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence. In your work you will get hands-on experience with best practice project management methods and tools. The job As an intern in FLIR Executive Office, you will support and drive management support processes and initiatives in cooperation with more experienced project leaders and Novo Nordisk stakeholders. Your tasks will vary widely, and include analyses, information gathering, participating in team problem solving, managing stakeholders and independently driving own work streams. Qualifications You are a master degree student within Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. You take an interest in project management and process facilitation. You are among the best in your class, proficient in English and are used to working both independently and in teams. Finally, you have a positive attitude. Your development is important to us. Training and personal development plans are key tools to ensure your tasks continue to challenge you while developing or sharpening your toolbox.
