The HR Project Manager/Analyst is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides project leadership and support to the Power Solution Business Segment. HR Project Manager/Analyst (f/m) located in Nordborg / Denmark or Neumünster / Germany or Ames/USA The HR Project Manager/Analyst is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides project leadership and support to the Power Solution Business Segment. The role is critical in executing our project initiatives, processes launches, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The job holder is responsible for conducting HR analysis and documenting functional, business, and process requirements or needs for continuous improvements. The job holder will also support the HR business segment leadership teams in questions of governance and compliance Your New Challenges: •Lead HR project initiatives within the Business Segment and analyze the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the HR Business Partners and project teams •Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company •Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment •Comfortable with high volume workload and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" •Solutions focused in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions •Collects data from multiple sources including SAP, HRIS and individuals related to headcount, labor costs and other related data •Acts as liaison between HR leadership and HR Business Partners in Power Solutions and the HR Community to address issues in all HR functions. Generate queries to provide GHRLT with updated employee information •Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents Your Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, HR or related field •5+ years of relevant program/project management experience •Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs •Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams •Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment •Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances •Strong technical skills (MS Office, HRIS, query development, statistical applications, etc) •Solid business acumen What we offer: •An interesting and challenging job in a high performance team with potential for further growth •A global environment where you continuously will be able to develop your skills and competencies Application deadline: 15 November 2014
