Do you have substantial knowledge of general HR and the ability to act as an advisor and sparring partner to local/regional managers? In addition, do you have the punch to implement central HR standards in all corners of the organisation? Then you might be our new HR Generalist. The position will be based in one of Danfoss’ offices in the central or southern region of Jutland, but you will spend a large part of your time visiting Danfoss’ locations all over Jutland, acting both as an ambassador for and the long arm of the regional HR. Strong sense of providing excellent service and professional counselling As HR Generalist, your overall responsibility will be to provide management advisory support. You will be mediating between the regional HR, HR Business Partners and local management, ensuring a high-level of stakeholder support, while securing standard and policy compliance. You will also support in employee tasks at all stages from on-boarding to performance/development and off-boarding. Other key tasks will be: •First-line support in HR questions, knowing where to direct managers or seek expertise if you are not able to solve the tasks yourself •Compliance management and sparring to managers •Providing training of processes, principles and tools for managers •Identifying common training needs across segments •Providing expertise on labour market agreements, contracts and terms of employment •Conflict management (white and blue collar) •Supporting employee engagement initiatives Strong communicator with power to influence This is a truly cross-functional and cross-organisational role, and you will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organisation. Consequently, you are able to communicate at all levels, and you are resilient and able to deal with adversity. To succeed, you also need to have experience in process implementation, change management and leading transformation processes. You have a relevant degree at Bachelor’s level as a minimum and/or exhaustive experience from a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment. Moreover, you need to have an outgoing personality and a solid business understanding. Your track record includes identifying and resolving issues independently, and you will show initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances. You have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency. In addition, you have proven coaching, relationship-building and influencing skills, and you meet people with an open mind and professional interest.
