Head of Solution Design, Digital Transformation, Bagsvaerd
We are a newly formed digitalization unit, reporting to our CEO, on a big transformational journey for Novozymes. As part of that journey – combining the virtues of biotechnology with digital – we are looking for a Head of Solution Design. You will be responsible for a team of resources designing/developing prototypes to test out new ideas, as well as for resources that have overall ownership of the core commercial applications that support and enable Novozymes’ commercial digital journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team of 8 experts within UI/UX-development and Commercial project management – resources that enable high-potential project ideas to be turned into tangible to-be-tested prototypes
- Supporting and overseeing the implementation of a new CRM/CES-platform
- Product ownership for key applications in the commercial area, such as our new CRM-system and e-commerce platform
- Project Lead for one of our flagship digital transformation projects
- Engaging with external vendors to ensure we have the right band-width of capabilities to support the various digital projects
In this position, you need to:
- Have a high level of digital literacy, capable of effectively engaging with a wide range of digital specialists, suppliers and business stakeholders to discuss best digital solutions/design to achieve the required business outcome
- Show a track-record of agile project management or a certification
- Have a Master degree in information technology-oriented subjects
- Have excellent commercial awareness from the BtB-world
- Be great at influencing, including strong levels of stakeholder awareness, balancing local vs global perspectives
