In your two rotations, you will be part of OMA Management and Operational Analysis which are cross-portfolio functions serving as a link between our operational and commercial organisation. OMA Management’s primary responsibilities are to manage the operations and maintenance agreements on offshore wind farms where DONG Energy is the O&M service provider and to design and negotiate O&M agreements in cooperation with the M&A team. Operational Analysis’ primary responsibilities are to find the best logistics set-up for future wind farms, develop operation and maintenance business cases for all our development projects, operational wind farms as well as cost of electricity initiatives. OMA Management and Operational Analysis are part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. About the graduate programme As a graduate, you complete a 24­month programme in which you will participate in a training programme along with the rest of the graduate batch 2015. During the training programme, you will participate in six graduate courses. Our graduate programme is considered the first step in our high­potential developing programmes. You will develop yourself both personally and professionally, and your ability to be project­oriented and analytical as well as your problem­solving skills will be strengthened. As part of your daily assignments, you will have the opportunity to rotate within different departments in the business area. You will have the possibility of influencing your assignments to match your qualifications and interests. Furthermore, the programme will give you a strong network among the rest of the graduates in the organisation. Your tasks and responsibilities You will be involved in several on­going projects and ad hoc tasks where your main responsibilities are to: - participate in M&A processes and projects in order to secure optimal value creation for our operations department - handle key account management of existing O&M agreements - build lifetime O&M business cases for our pipeline and operational sites as well as work actively with the development of the pipeline from an O&M perspective - provide decision support material through quantitative evaluation of various O&M concepts and issues. Your profile You have recently graduated with a master's degree within in engineering or finance or similar and have delivered excellent results. You have a maximum of 12 months of relevant professional experience, and you are fluent in spoken and written English. As you will be joining a dynamic company with ambitious goals and targets, it is important that you are able to adapt yourself to an ever­changing working environment.
