We are looking for a new colleague in Global Rewards. About the department The position is located in Denmark in the area of Corporate People & Organisation. We are 10 employees in the VP area Global Rewards and work closely together with the global HR organisation as well as Line of Business. Global Rewards is responsible for job-evaluation systems (Mercer’s IPE) and organisational insight, compensation and optimising the performance management process in Novo Nordisk. You will report into the Vice President of Global Rewards. The overall goal for the Global Rewards team is to continue to develop the Global Reward & Performance Management strategies in support of Novo Nordisk strategy and goals locally and globally. We are responsible for designing and developing Rewards & Performance tools, programs and processes in support of different areas of the company. Our primary stakeholders are senior and executive management, and together with the regional Rewards and Performance Management specialists we lead strategy implementation through the HR business partners. Our department is respected by our stakeholders and you will interact with both management and HR colleagues throughout the world and across functional areas. The job Your role is predominantly focused on providing analyses to the Total Reward area as well as supporting with position evaluation together with a senior Key Account Manager. More specifically and depending on your experience you role includes Pay for Performance analysis, position evaluations, salary benchmarking, STI design and review, performance management support and participate in the implementation of IT Compensation system. You will participate in cross functional projects within the area of Rewards and work closely together with other experienced Global Rewards managers in the team as well as rewards specialists in our affiliates. You will be the driver of specific processes within the Global Rewards team and hence drive, develop and implement initiatives in the area of compensation, position evaluation and/or performance management. You will also be dedicated to one functional area in particular and collaborate with the Key Account Manager for that area. You have at least 2-5 years of experience from a diverse international company within the field of compensation management. You need to be analytical and able to analyse data and translate that to key messages. You are visually strong and proactive, and you are highly motivated by working in a team and learn from others. You have a natural authority within your area of expertise and are able to engage other people through your strong collaborative skills. You have experience in connecting data with organisational opportunities and challenges and you are able to navigate with both data in detailed excel sheets and overall messages in PowerPoint. You are ambitious and strive for excellence and have a quality mindset in everything you do. As you will be involved in several projects at the same time, you must be able to juggle many projects simultaneously.
