Join us in a new position where you challenge how we source globally as part of a team that drives the future of facility procurement in the LEGO Group. Establish global category expertise in facility related procurement As Global Category Manager, your overall focus is on facility related systems, including HVAC, BMS and water treatment among others. This entails collaborating with global manufacturing sites to analyse and understand stakeholder needs in order to develop optimal negotiation plans and contracts with a global supplier base. In particular, you will: Develop and execute flawless global sourcing plans, which are aligned with regional and site teams Influence the stakeholders and supply base to drive the best outcome for the LEGO Group Conduct stakeholder and global supplier relationship management in terms of contracting, negotiations, escalation and reviews with feedback from locations on supplier performance Be the key point of contact for global stakeholder and relationship management Facilitate global category forums, drive sourcing plan execution and perform KPI management Make an impact You will join a family-owned business where quality, teamwork and personal development are cornerstones. Contracting expertise and a willingness to learn about facility systems As a contracting specialist, you will be challenged on your ability to wrap your head around the technical aspects of the facility systems in order to understand the needs of your stakeholders. To succeed, you: Have proven experience in procurement, particularly within contracting and SRM Hold a strong track record in developing and executing sourcing plans that lead to significant value delivery to a global stakeholder base Have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business Management, preferably Supply Chain, Legal or Finance Have +5 years of experience in strategic sourcing in an international company Have solid change management, stakeholder influencing and management skills combined with strong communication and negotiation abilities Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the organization.
