Med tiltrædelse snarest, søger vi en sekretær til vort hovedkontor i Ikast. Arbejdstiden er ca. 25 - 30 timer om ugen, med mulighed for flere timer. Du skal indgå i sekretærteamet på kontoret, hvor du skal betjene såvel mæglerne på kontoret i Ikast som mæglerne rundt i landet. Du vil betjene mæglere der til daglig rådgiver mellemstore og store private og offentlige virksomheder, samt landbrugskunder Vi søger en person, der kan sige klart ja til følgende: - Du er uddannet assurandør eller har relevant uddannelse fra Forsikringsakademiet på niveau 4 - Du kan dokumentere, at du har arbejdet med erhvervskunder i min. 3-5 år - Du er præsentabel, udadvendt og du har god telefonstemme - Du kan skrive perfekt dansk, samt formulere dig i breve til kunder og øvrige samarbejdspartnere - Du har flair for edb, og kan bruge de almindelige MS programmer - Du er et ordensmenneske der har 100 % styr over de bolde du har i luften - Du har en høj moral, etik og ærlighed - Du er fleksibel med arbejdstider, og kan træde til i travle perioder Arbejdsopgaver - Læse, forstå og godkende policer, opkrævninger og reguleringer - Anmelde skader til forsikringsselskaberne - Vedligeholde kunde- og policeoplysninger i vort kundesystem - Scanne og arkivere daglig post til den enkelte forsikringsmægler - Telefonpasning, samt indgå i de øvrige sekretærers opgaver ved ferie og helligdage Vi tilbyder Løn efter aftale.
