Finance Business Partner, Research & Development, Bagsværd A position as finance business partner to our vice presidents and their leaders give you a possibility to build a Business Finance toolbox, understand Novozymes core processes, derive business based analytics, enjoy a steep learning curve and develop a strong network within our global organization. We seek a person with high drive and ambitions, that can develop and present recommendations based on facts, can be a part of driving an increased focus on business performance and can structure and execute world-class processes. Working as a finance business partner offers varied challenges and making an impact from day one. Your responsibilities will span from budgets, forecasting, trend analysis, performance management, benchmarking, transparency projects on business drivers and the like. You will be challenged and must excel in competences related to analytics, generating insights to new areas, getting numbers right, connecting with people, and understanding customer needs. You dare to lead and challenge yourself outside your comfort zone. In this position you need to have: You hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics You have 2-4 years of work experience You are result driven and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time You need to be a strong communicator, have desire for a fast-paced learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas You secure quality in the details while still keeping the overview of your deliverables Experience with Excel, Think-cell, PowerPoint and SAP Bex is an advantage Are you the next Zymer in our team?
