Responsible for sales of a new innovative motor control programme. Electronics A/S is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Under Floor Heating and HVAC controls and power. With headquarters in Sønderborg, Denmark and sales offices in the UK, USA and Poland, we have more than 150 employees. OJ Electronics exports 97% of its products. You will be a key figure in a successful and ambitious sales organisation reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for sales development of OJ Electronics’ motor controls focusing on new business in the European marked. It is an attractive and independent position in an export company with a significant growth strategy, and with high potential for success as well as personal and professional development. TASKS Your main tasks will be sales of motor controls for fan and air handling manufacturers in Europe. You are responsible for a sales pipeline containing an optimal mix of identified customers, customers in the sales process, and customers who are part of your regular portfolio. You manage to spot and carry out relevant business opportunities in the market. You are result-oriented and contribute actively to transform leads in your portfolio to buyers of OJ Electronics’ new innovative motor controls programme. You focus on the trends in the market and ensure that customers’ knowledge of OJ products constantly is updated and expanded. In co-operation with our product managers, it is also your job to communicate knowledge and needs from the market/customers to the organisation. QUALIFICATIONS We expect that you are an energetic person with technical and commercial insight. You are a good judge of character with organisational insight and have flair for a healthy business. You have several years of experience with export sales of technical products, and you are good at building relations with new potential customers, as well as maintaining and expanding co-operation with existing customers in selected markets. You master English, German and preferably French, and you thrive on travelling 80-100 days a year – primarily in Europe. Knowledge of the ventilation business is an advantage, but we ensure a thorough introduction to both company and products.
