Play a key role in attracting, hiring, onboarding and engaging new talents

Region International covers a diverse geography – Russia, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. In 2019, we will launch a new global employer value proposition and take our internal talent sourcing capabilities to the next level. Thus, in this role you will have the opportunity to support RI countries in designing, their local EVP in alignment with Global EVP, initiatives that strengthen LEO Pharma Employer Brand, strategies to attract, hire and onboard “strong fit” calibers, and internal communications that enhance employees engagement towards LEO strategy and vision. You will work closely with various HR Business Partners in RI countries and with our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE). 
You will report to the Head of People Business Partnering & Compliance, RI and be based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, near Copenhagen, but work across Region International business areas and colleagues and you can look forward to travel around 20 days per year.

Please note this is NOT a recruiter role. This is an SME role responsible for driving the implementation of the Global EVP and Talent Acquisition strategy for RI responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

• Co - design local EVPs in alignment with global EVP, Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates in RI countries;
• Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience; 
• Partner with local HRBPs to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs 
• Co – develop sourcing strategies to identify and support building critical candidate pipelines throughout RI countries
• Identify and deploy candidate sourcing, screening, assessment & selection, tools and metrics if and where needed
• Collaborate with the COE of Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth flow of information through developing presentations and communications for regional/local use
• Serves as RI SME within EVP, talent acquisition and internal communications
• Provides regional input and helps CoE develop global processes, policies and frameworks
• Drives implementation of global or regional processes, frameworks and policies in close collaboration with HR business partners in RI
• Drives regional internal communication initiatives to support strong anchoring of RI employees to company strategy and direction
• Contribute in other people related projects if required

 

You will be successful in this role if You

Have experience with recruitment but have moved into an SME role with a focus on talent acquisition strategy, design and implementation of employer value proposition to build your organisation’s ability to attract and acquire talent. We also expect you to:

• Hold University degree – preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences and / or communications
• Be an EVP and Talent Acquisition subject matter expert (SME) with a passion for staying up to date in your knowledge of talent trends and solutions. 
• Have strong experience in designing and driving the implementation of EVP and talent acquisition strategies
• Have experience with Internal Communications Projects and Initiatives would be an asset 
• Have experience on utilising social media tools to strengthen LEO Pharma Employer Brand and also reach targeted candidate pools
• Be interested in making a difference doing the extra mile to support the business and your team
• Have demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and have a well-developed cultural flair, and is seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions.
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; to have high-energy and motivation with sense of urgency when needed when needed 
• Recent or previous experience from Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry and / or in RI countries is considered a plus
• Fluent level of English is a must and Danish is an advantage

 

Your new team

You will be part of Region International People & Compliance Team with peers located in Russia, Japan, China, UAE and Denmark while you will have close collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise of Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications Team. You will also be expected to support and collaborate across People Business Partnering teams. We work as an integrated part of the business and promote a collaborative and dynamic work environment where initiative is valued.
