Become part of an ambitious Enterprise Systems team in Kamstrup
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and it is one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We are experiencing rapid growth and are investing massively in development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for wireless reading of electricity, water and heating consumption. In the Enterprise Systems team, we focus on development and maintenance of existing business systems as well as implementation of new platforms and applications. Therefore, we need to focus even more on target architecture so that our application and data architecture constantly moves towards the goal.

As our new Enterprise Systems Architect, you will become part of our Enterprise Systems team that belongs to Group IT. The team consists of dedicated colleagues, who possess competences within system administration, project management, development, integration and architecture. The team is responsible for operation, development and life cycle planning of Kamstrup’s platforms and applications that support the business processes. These platforms include ERP, CRM, PLM and Service Management systems as well as third party applications.

Enterprise Systems Architect with a great sense of business
In the position as Enterprise Systems Architect, you will have an important role as you will be responsible for making fit/gap analyses between current and target state as well as developing roadmaps that describe the journey towards these targets in detail.

As our Enterprise Systems Architect, your primary tasks will include:

• Continuously maintain documentation of current state architecture for system landscape, technology and data structure
• Continuously describe, communicate and advice regarding target state architecture for application landscape and data
• Carry out fit/gap analyses as input to the project pipeline
• Support a solid governance model and ensure a structured approach to application implementation and selection
• Take part in relevant project phases within application and system development

You will get an influential role regarding upcoming and ongoing implementations of new major platforms. You must be passionate about delivering solutions that support Kamstrup’s vision to be the world’s leading supplier of intelligent metering solutions for energy and water.

Personality matters
As a person, you possess a great drive and you thrive in the field between IT and Business. Based on your technical knowledge and your sense of business, you can act as a sparring partner for our business regarding potential solutions and new ideas. It is essential that you keep yourself updated on the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential platforms and that you will always be the person who see the broader perspective when decisions have to be made within data ownership.

It is an advantage if you have experience with development of an application landscape that has evolved towards more services from a typical product-oriented system landscape. In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with reference models such as ISA95 for describing areas of responsibility between IT and OT.

You probably have an educational background as an Engineer, Cand.Merc.IT or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience with and interest in:

• General Enterprise Architecture (EA) – and specific application architecture 
• Master Data CRUD models and design
• Communication with and training of project managers and other relevant colleagues
• Knowledge of core business systems such as ERP, CRM, QMS, SM and PLM
• Process standardization and harmonization

For the right candidate, we will ensure an intro course with relevant introductions to our applications and business areas.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
