Would you like to manage the technical documentation and support a project team in the construction of offshore wind farms?

 

Join us and become Document Controller in our Document & Records Management department where you’ll be responsible for driving document development and review, and where you’ll work with competent and dynamic colleagues who value knowledge sharing and initiatives.

 

The Document & Records Management department supports offshore wind farms with overall documentation and transfer processes. We’re located where the activities take place as integrated members of projects and operational teams, focusing intently on efficient information management.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• drive the document development and review process during the project
• proactively plan, communicate and execute the documentation tasks within your scopes
• implement and drive the documentation review cycle, both internally and externally, during project execution
• support a specific scope by managing and ensuring correct handling of the technical documentation
• be responsible for supervising the collection of documentation deliverables and handle multiple stakeholders with a focus on quality and delivery.

 

Furthermore, you’ll ensure that all project documentation meets Operations’ requirements and has been filed in the relevant documentation system. You’ll train others in the EDMS and work processes to ensure that all employees handle documentation in the same way, and you’ll liaise with colleagues across the team and department to secure and facilitate a smooth transfer of technical documentation in the different stages of a project’s lifecycle.

 

The work entails close cooperation with project managers, records managers, engineers and suppliers.

 

Your competences include that you

• have document control experience – preferably from the wind power industry
• have above-average IT skills and knowledge of document management systems, preferably SharePoint, and know how such systems are used in a technical engineering environment
• know how to independently plan, organise and prioritise your tasks and have the ability to work on several issues simultaneously
• are open-minded and positive and have a structured approach to your work with a high focus on details
• have good communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with your stakeholders.

 

Furthermore, you speak and write English fluently, as we operate in an international environment. You must also hold a valid Danish work permit.
