Instead, I’ll give you the freedom to dive into the numbers and perform the analyses that enable you to advise me on how we can create the optimal customer experience in the digital interaction with our customers,” explains Group Senior Director, Jacob Fibiger Jensen. 

Set up the analyses and apply the findings

You get to dive into the strategic development of our marketing automation, personalisation and all other aspects of data-driven marketing – including technologies not yet invented. 

Looking into patterns in the numbers and data, you analyse the digital behaviour of our customers. Based on your findings, you build interaction flows that turn information into insights and set a direction for our customer communication – this way, we can turn their attention towards the exact solutions that we offer and they need. 

To do so, Adobe Experience Cloud and especially Adobe Campaign Standard will be your playing grounds. If you don’t know them, we’ll teach you. 

More specifically, your main tasks are: 

• Building, driving and optimising our global lead excellence setup to ensure efficient lead processes and reporting, including lead generation, lead nurturing, lead qualification and handover to sales
• Implementing and maintaining major data integrations from onpremise solutions and third-party data – part of this is developing and maintaining the customer data model to ensure quality and utilisation of data across the sales organization
• Developing and deploying workflows based on business specifications to support the achievement of businesscritical objectives, enabling our sales organization to target their efforts
• Being responsible for the ongoing analysis and optimisation of our workflows and deliveries to ensure impact and factbased best practice and decision-making across Marketing

Experience with data-driven marketing

It is your skills that will land you the job, but your personality will make you a success: You want to work in a global set-up, and you identify with our values. They are not just corporate talk but something we live by every day. And you get up every day to make a difference and learn. Even the most experienced at Grundfos learn every day. Also, you: 

• Hold a degree in business or IT
• Have 2+ years of experience with datadriven marketing or IT in a marketing context
• Have handson experience with email marketing, marketing automation and lead management
• Have experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Campaign Standard – this is a plus but not a requirement, just as having worked with other marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Responsys, etc. is also positive
• Have a basic understanding of database modelling
• Have proven experience with working with customer data (e.g. CRM)
• Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage
• Are able to travel up to 20 days per year to our offices in e.g. the US, China, Singapore or Germany – depending on the assignments you work on
