Become a part of our Controlling team in Kamstrup
We are experiencing rapid growth and are investing massively in development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for wireless reading of consumption meters for electricity, water and heating. Due to the growing demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions, we are looking for a new Controller to our Controlling team.

With direct reference to our Head of Controlling you will join a team of 5 dedicated controllers working with all parts of the organization and across countries.

New Controller position with high impact
In the newly established position as Controller, your main responsibility will be to get into the details and behind the numbers to make sure that Kamstrup achieves its potential and follows the strategic direction when it comes to customer pricing and profitability.

More specific your task will be to:

• Pricing analysis and optimization
• Control and follow-up for all global sales and marketing activities
• Profitability analysis and modeling
• Analyze and explain deviations (monthly financials, country performance, KPIs)
• Support sales teams with insights, tools, and budgeting process
• Proactive corporation with sales managers, country managers and VP’s in economic decisions

In addition to the above, you will also attend in different projects including commercial excellence, pricing strategy and ERP implementation and lead projects to improve internal processes and systems.

In the job, you can expect around 10 travel days per year.

Personality matters
As a person, you are ambitious and driven by the desire to develop your professional and personal competences. You enjoy working independently, but at the same time you are able to build relations across an international organization. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to communicate data to the rest of the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and curious approach to your tasks and you wish to make a difference and take responsibility.

You have an economic degree combined with some years’ experience working as a Business Controller, Pricing Analyst, Commercial Support or a similar role. Besides that, it is a requirement that you:

• Have experience working in an international company group with foreign subsidiaries
• Are BI and ERP super user
• Are an Excel Expert  

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
