MovieStarPlanet is a fun and engaging dress up game and a social community for kids aged 8-13. MSP is kind of a big deal - out in 16 countries and have more than 300 million registered profiles. If you’re a talented and enthusiastic 2D Artist, this is your chance to join our team and get to work with a game that affects the lives of millions of kids all over the world.

About The Job
Together with the content team you will be responsible for drawing 2D game content - mainly clothes, but also backgrounds, clipart, pets and animations. We release new content weekly and have a fast-paced production, where you are involved in every part of the production from coming up with ideas to drawing individual assets to uploading and testing.

Being a dress up game a lot of the content we make are clothes. So a love for drawing and to get all the folds and shadows just right is definitely a must. You will be working with a diverse team of eight artists and animators, who love our game and are committed to ensuring its success and you will be reporting to Content Lead of the team.
As a creative and self motivated individual you will be relied upon to be a consistent source of imaginative ideas - and an interest and understanding of our target audience as well as fashion, trends and pop culture is definitely a plus, as part of your responsibility will be to come up with ideas for what content to produce.

The position will be a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent hiring.

Requirements:
- Great drawing skills (vector)
- Experienced in Adobe Animate/ Flash
- Ability to adapt your style to a given art direction
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Interest in creating fresh and imaginative content for the tween market
- A pragmatic, performance conscious approach
- Fluent in English as English is corporate language

Nice to have:
- Experienced in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- 2D Animation skills
- Experience creating graphics for a mobile device
- Familiar with Game development
- Unity experience

MovieStarPlanet ApS is the company behind the games and social networks MovieStarPlanet, BooniePlanet and BlockStarPlanet targeted for kids aged 8-13 years.
