For our Compliance Department we are looking for a dedicated compliance associate. The Compliance Department ensures that Compliance is a permanent and integral part of our business processes. Compliance provides the foundation for all our decisions and activities and is the key component of business integrity. Preventing corruption, violations of fair competition and other improper business activity takes the highest priority at Siemens. What are my responsibilities? · Identification/analysis of potential risks/opportunities together with the Compliance Officer · Supporting Compliance Officer in developing responses and monitor risk mitigation · Performance the compliance controls within business operations · Support Compliance Officer in informing and consulting business proactively on new Compliance topics/regulations · Participating in a network of experts to ensure consistency and quality of advice · Developing and sustaining a solid network based on trust within the business · Motivating and enabling business to assume responsibility for compliant business conduct · Support Compliance Officer in intergrading Compliance into day-to-day operations, business decision making and personnel processes · Conduct classroom setting Compliance Trainings for the employees of SWP · Support Compliance Officer to implement of respective Compliance Communication strategy · Support Compliance Officer and the team in investigations and case tracking, management of compliance cases, exchange of information with relevant stakeholders, remediation actions, and high professional standards of quality and transparency of processes What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar · You possess good presentation skills and a profound business understanding is necessary · You have experience with project management and risk management · As a person you are structured and service-oriented · You have a proactive approach to your tasks and looks for opportunities to improve performance · You understand the need for change and are able to produce new ideas and approaches · You thrive in an international and dynamic environment · You possess superior communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
