Communicate our responsibility agenda As a communication manager, you join the Corporate PR and Reputation Management team. Our purpose is to substantiate the overall corporate storyline by communicating relevant corporate stories through relevant non-paid, owned and earned media, also guiding and supporting the organisation on all external communication matters. Helping us deliver on our global responsibility communication agenda, your primary job will be to plan, drive and produce the yearly Responsibility Report that captures our responsibility efforts and achievements, as well as accompanying assets. More specifically, you will: Be the owner and driver of the responsibility report process managing internal and external stakeholders Collect relevant information and write copy for the report Prepare and approve layout for the report Assist in developing and driving external responsibility communication plans Support the organisation on external corporate communication matters, creating communication assets such as websites, video, social media content, brochures etc. Be part of a connected community Join us to work in a family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure. The position is based in Billund, Denmark or London, UK. You know what works and what doesn’t, and your great people skills allow you to effectively collaborate with external and internal stakeholders. At the same time, you have the personal drive and self-discipline to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. In addition to an understanding of and interest in corporate responsibility communication, you: Have a master´s degree in communication, or maybe you are a journalist Have 3+ years of experience with creating copy and graphics for communication material Understand how to communicate to different target groups, and you have great stakeholder management skills Speak and write English at native level, and you are prepared to travel up to 20 days per year Bringing it to life "In this central role with sole responsibility for our Responsibility Report, you get to use your copywriting as well as project and stakeholder management skills as you transform complex data into powerful stories," says Jette Lund-Egmose, Director, Corporate PR and Reputation Management.
