Leading and driving change with a strong sales focus
As our new Commercial Sales Manager, you will report to the Manager of Boiler Repair and be a member of the Boiler Repair Management team. Your team count 9 people in both Denmark and Singapore.
You will be driving the global commercial sales for Alfa Laval Marine Boiler Repair Business. Together with your team you are responsible for continuously development of the performance of repair services to customers, which is handled through excellent support of our sales companies in Alfa Laval. This means that you will have a significant impact on the performance in repair providing the rest of the organization with projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead, shape and motivate a fantastic team of highly committed Sales engineers
Build and develop a powerful business strategy for the repair division and chase your targets
Drive enthusiasm and awareness in your organization for top and bottom line results and for continuously improve sales and performance
Commercialize the deep in-house technical knowledge and make it digestible and easy to understand
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing the business
Build and maintain strong relationship with Sales companies. Assists with training and develop drivers and sales specialists in our markets
Proactive participate in the management team and propel a sales mindset in the group
Develop business cases and brand our name and product internal and external
The Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) develops positive relationship with both customers and Sales Companies in Alfa-Laval. The CSM exceeds expectation by delivering WOW customer service to all AlfaLaval customers every day. For you to succeed as CSM you have to tenacity question and change status quo and adapt to our customers’ demands and to a continuously changing market. You are an expert in explaining customers the great benefit and value to partner with AlfaLaval and you ensure targets are meet and exceeded.
Who you are
We are looking for an experienced and motivating leader within Sales, and you might also be familiar with Marketing. Your experience could come from a global matrix organization. You have hands on knowledge of navigating and continuously pushing for action so your teams’ agenda is on the table. Furthermore, good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
As a leader you are inspiring and empowering – and you have a strong ability to move obstacles, so you and your employees succeed. Personally, building and maintaining good relationships and collaborations both internal and external comes natural to you.
