What are my responsibilities? · You are steering and controlling the financial performance of the Project Execution organization in Vejle, responsible for the all markets except UK and Germany · You are responsible for the financial/commercial management of contracts with customers, consortium partners, regional units and suppliers while at the same time maximizing the project profit and customer satisfaction · You are leading a team of 7 Commercial project Managers and a project controlling team consisting of one team lead and 7 controllers · You are responsible for planning, reporting and controlling of all financial related activities of the Project Management organization in Vejle (revenue and gross margin targets, HC and cost center budget, project portfolio forecasts etc.) · You are responsible to ensure correct accounting and reporting of project financials and compliance with relevant guidelines What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a university degree in business administration or an equivalent education · You have several years of experience working in financial positions with focus on project management · You have experience in leading a team of individuals and managers · You have a customer oriented mind-set, are self-driven and motivated to work in a fast changing environment · Your German and English skills are excellent In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
