Be a part of a great team on a significant project
As one of our Change Managers has decided to move on for new opportunities within Nets, we’re hiring a new Change Manager, to maintain our high-quality level of dealing with changes 

You will be part of an existing team of 12 Process- and Project managers, organised in the Customer Journey department in Merchant Services (MS). The team plays a fundamental role in Nets’ agenda to enhance and digitize our customer journeys. 

You will work across MS and all our Nordic locations. You will effectively manage and deliver professional change management, from minor to some of the largest, most complex and strategically important changes in Nets. 

This position is based in Ballerup. This job will require travelling, mainly between Nets locations in the Nordics. Expect up to 1-4 travel days a month

 

Enhance & digitize the customer journey

Nets is currently going through an exciting and fast paced digital transformation that impacts our processes and way of working across the organisation. Your work will mainly be focused on the human aspect and what it will take to ensure adherence to the many changes we are implementing. Creating synergies through teamwork and being a spearhead for proactive communication will be important skills to succeed in this position. 

Furthermore, we expect that your extensive contact with our various teams will make you a generator for ideas and input to our continuous improvement agenda and thereby an important participant in our quest to dramatically increase our customers’ happiness with Nets.

 
Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Drive and support your team colleagues with change management needs in different projects and programs across MS.
• Organise, facilitate and participate in change workshops                       
• Ensures that new processes are anchored in the line organisation and follow up on adherence in the hyper care period.
• Develop and maintain our change management tool-box
• Communicate and report on change management related tasks
• Provide awareness and information to management about the risks of future changes

 

Experienced change manager from a large organisation
Preferred background and qualifications:

• Experience in change - and project management from sizable projects
• Experience in working across a large organisation and at all organisational levels
• Demonstrated progression and growth within the organisational change management discipline through past career experiences
• Experience with process mapping and -design
• Experience with strategy and planning related to organisational changes and workforce transitions
• Experience from working with the ADKAR change management model or ADKAR Certification would be an advantage, but not an absolute requirement
• Speak and write English in addition to one of the Scandinavian languages.

 

On a personal side you are known for your positive energy but at the same time the ability to handle resistance from line organisation and leaders. You have a passion for working with people and change processes and possess a proven ability to produce and be accountable for high-quality deliverables. Finally, a solid track record and ability to work with multiple teams to deliver qualitative solutions on time.
