Real Estate and Facility Management supports all Nets business units and handles a variety of tasks primarily related to space management, building operation, catering, cleaning and reception services.

As Real Estate and Facility Manager in Denmark you will be joining a Nordic group-based REFM organisation, and you will report to the Director for Real Estate and Facility Management.

 

In REFM we work to provide offices and FM services of competitive quality and sees this as important elements in the support of Nets’ continued growth and development.

 

In the fall of 2019 we are moving Nets headquarters to a new location in Ballerup, and the Real Estate and Facility Manager will play a vital role in the moving process, and in the start-up of the new HQ.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Primary responsibilities

• To play a key role in the upcoming move of our headquarters in the fall of 2019.
• To drive space management in a proactive manner and prepare the organization on a shift to a layout based on ABW (Activity Based Workspace) in our new HQ.
• Ensure optimal solutions for work space/real estate and favorable leases.
• Ensure that the premises we lease and services that lies under our responsibility area are being operated in line with company’s expectations and in accordance with the required standards and policies.
• Elaborate a basis for the budget and continuously monitor costs related to above mentioned responsibility area.

 

Vendor & Contract Management

• Oversee the selection and performance of vendor services, including preparation of request for proposals and service agreements; monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance and standards established in the service agreement are being met.
• Continuous development of our partner relationships ensuring their delivery reflects market developments and best practices as well as changes in our own business requirements.
• Focus on Cost optimization through supplier development

 

Project management

• Building operations and maintenance often implicates significant investments, being related to technical installations, construction changes, FM equipment and or other changes in office landscapes layout.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• Relevant education – minimum bachelor level of education
• English – fluent in writing and speaking
• Longer experience within REFM > 3 years
• Longer experience with vendor management
