Ensure perfect LEGO® Quality As Calibration Specialist, you join two experienced colleagues in the Master Calibration team. Together, you are globally responsible for the procurement, registration and calibration (both internally and externally) of all measuring equipment used within the LEGO Group. More specifically weights and other tools used globally for product safety and quality tests in the production areas. Our production is continuously increasing, and with it the need for measuring equipment and tools. This calls for a more systematic approach to how we calibrate and plan in a complex global context. So, you help us by: Participating in the daily calibration tasks, performing them in accordance with KPIs Systematising the planning of the calibration department, ensuring that our calibration process is aligned globally and according to our standards Creating training materials for the production areas and, in general, continuously looking to improve our knowledge of calibration and share this information with your team and stakeholders Improving and challenging global processes and standards, in part to secure traceability to international standards Trusted to perform In this role, you join a collaborative network that focuses on delivering superb quality related to LEGO Elements and Moulds and thereby meeting the LEGO Spirit of "only the best is good enough". Calibration expertise and great collaboration skills Often, you will not know what to expect on a day-to-day basis, as the tasks we encounter are quite diverse. But what you will know is that we rely on global collaboration, and that quality is a completely essential part of what we do. Therefore, you need to be team-oriented and have strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders across cultures and functions. And of course, you also need to be meticulous, detail oriented and proactive, as the service and support you deliver has a massive impact on the safety and quality of all equipment. Your qualifications: You probably have 5+ years of experience from a similar position and an education providing some theoretical understanding of calibration You are skilled within math, physics, electronics, temperature and calibration standards You know MS Office and preferably SAP - in general you have good IT skills You can travel up to 30 days a year and speak and write English effortlessly. Any German skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite Bringing it to life "You will be an important part of the calibration process for all our global measuring equipment.
