Viktech Specializes in Providing qualified and skilled workforce two construction and energy industries ie carpenters, roofers, painters, electricians, technicians etc. headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark Viktech at the moment kill 6 offices in Denmark, 1 in Flensburg, Germany, and one in Toronto , Canada with around 600 external staff (labourers) and 30 internal medarbejdere (administration).

Looking for experienced English Speaking Construction / Building Painters to work on our projects in Denmark. Work hours: Full-Time (around 37-56 hours a week)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Major Role and Tasks: 

•  Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and removing old paint.  •  Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty, plaster, or other filler.  •  Tape, float, and texture walls and ceilings.  •  Experience in hanging high end wallpaper •  Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint to match specified colors.  •  Paint surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers, and apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to create special effects.  •  Erect scaffolding or set up ladder to perform tasks above ground level. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working on new build CONSTRUCTION SITE 
  • Have experience working outside of country of your residence (in Scandinavia preferably)  
  • Certified in specific trade (preferably) Must speak English (Knowledge of Scandinavian language is an advantage) 
  • Have a driving licence and a carWilling to travel between your own country of residence and Denmark by car Candidates should have the legal right to live and work in Denmark, for anyone else other than their current employer
