Internally we require a greater degree of standardisation and consistency of reporting and master data across the organisation. Carlsberg is adopting standardisation strategies to archive transparency and synergies both globally and cross functionally. In order to success with this, Carlsberg has established a Global Destin Department (GD). With the mission to define and drive the implementation of Carlsberg “Best Practise” within master data, business processes and reporting across the main functional areas: Sales, Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance, supported by a common IT platform. The first step successfully implemented in Western Europe, and Carlsberg is now ready to take the next steps with the global design organisation. We offer an exciting and developing positionin an international environment where you will be working with colleagues from across the Globe. You will be working as a Business Process Expert, focusing on driving the standardization of the transportation and distribution processes and systems in close operation the Carlsberg Supply Chain organisation in Switzerland, the local market organisations and the other functions in the Global design team. The position is permanent and requires 3-5 years’ experience from the supply chain area in a FMCG company. The position will require some travelling, as the Global Design main office is in Copenhagen, but also regular visits to the local markets and the Carlsberg Supply Chain organisation in Switzerland Position in brief Together with the rest of the Global Design team, you will ask the right questions and show understanding of the business needs, as well as ensuring that the standards are kept. You will be responsible for: Stakeholder management - Act as subject matter expert in the Transportation and distribution area - Contribute to Centre of Excellence / expert community - Participate in relevant alignment activities with both central and local teams Continuous improvements - Drive identification and clarification of new business requirements within own process area - Support initiation and manage scope of change requests for improving solutions and processes - Update business process documentation - Develop training material - Run and participate in relevant training activities - Prepare and conduct testing of changes to be released to live system environment - Participate as project resource in change projects (ad hoc) Operations & support - Support in relevant system incidents related or impacted by specific business processes - Provide feedback on ways of working questions related to own process area - Support BPM in business process monitoring & follow-up Competencies You come with a FMCG background and has from previous 3-5 years of experience as an expert or super user within the transportation / distribution area. You have experience within some of these areas; - End to End Supply Chain knowledge - Profound experience within transportation and distribution including reporting and KPI’s - Experience as a super user in SAP SD, JDA transportation and Ortec route planning tool – additional knowledge wit telematics or fleet management will be an advantage - Multichannel Solutions – insourced to outsourced operation Personal qualifications: As a person you need to be outgoing, thorough and quality minded. You also need to be deadline-conscious and proactive in order to achieve.
