Do you want to play a key role assisting the Danfoss Group IT management? You will be part of Group IT Controlling, where you will have 3 skilled colleagues. We belong to Danfoss Group IT, counting more than 500 employees, and we are responsible for driving the financial processes in the global IT organisation. Your new location of work is in Nordborg. The job will give you the opportunity to work cross-organisationally as you will be dealing with various departments in Group IT, Corporate Finance and affiliated companies. You will report to the Director of IT Controlling. Merging two budgets into one You will be an active partner in the journey to create One global IT organisation and establishing the operating model as a result of the merger of two IT organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurately and timely monthly reporting to the IT management as well, as quarterly forecasts of Danfoss’ IT spend. Moreover, it will be your task to: •Facilitate and support forecast procedures •Review the reporting and controlling processes and initiate optimisation when relevant •Develop and maintain financial processes in the entire IT organisation to ensure fully transparency of IT spend •Assist the IT management with ad hoc-analyses At all times, you focus will be on providing the Management team with correct and valid reports for the decision-making. Besides from enabling you to strengthen your controlling knowledge, this job could also open the door for further career advancement in the Danfoss Group. Process modelling and development oriented You hold a solid experience from an international organisation within business controlling and an MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. You have well-developed analytical skills and are highly process-oriented and self-driven in your work. You know Excel to the backbone, and you are familiar with SAP and Business Warehouse. As a person you are known for your high level of integrity, honesty and positive attitude, which occasionally reveals your pleasant sense of humour. As you will operate in an international environment, you must have proficiency in written and spoken English.
