Would you like to provide consistent and high-quality management information? Join us and become Business Controller in the Exploration & Production (E&P) Forecasting & Reporting team which is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality and timely management reporting for the E&P senior management as well as the Group Management and the Board of Directors. E&P Forecasting & Reporting is a part of Exploration & Production which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. Areas of responsibility You will consistently support the E&P senior management and the Group Management by providing high-quality reporting and feedback on ad hoc queries. You will improve functionality by developing standardised reporting templates with the aim of minimising time constraints on the E&P organisation. You consistently seek to optimise processes to ensure high quality and timely reporting within the E&P business and will continuously contribute to the positive momentum for a department with high ambitions and significant new responsibilities. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •compile and present the monthly budget follow-up reporting that provides key insight into the overall E&P performance •compile and present annual reporting and guidance on an ad hoc basis •develop and present short-term budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with local E&P finance departments to continuously ensure an aligned, high-quality future outlook •update and control the E&P Hyperion Planning system, ensuring all financial data are compiled correctly •assist in ensuring continuous integrity of the Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning system. Your profile You hold a master’s degree in economics, accounting or a similar discipline and some experience with auditing, controlling or financial reporting. You have experience with constructing and maintaining reporting functionalities and processes in order to provide high-level financial and management reporting. You are proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an experienced user of accounting/ERP systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning. You have strong communication skills and speak and write English fluently.
