Key Responsibilities – Corporate Affairs / HR and HSE
Overall, you will be the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for applications within Corporate Affairs / HR and HSE domains (and potentially other areas depending on qualifications). You will work close with business users to understand user needs, write specifications, handle their requests and collect their requirements. You will own the relationship with TOTAL HQ IT departments (ISB and TGITS) within your application domains to make sure TEPDK follows application standards and requirements. Furthermore, you will keep close contact with application vendors, and secure vendor contract & SLA alignment with business needs and stakeholder priorities.
 
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:  

• Analyze business requirements with Solution Architect to identify and craft a proper solution that meets the clients need and the defined technical standards;
• Manage end-to-end functional evolutions, e.g. assessment, testing, production release, associated documentation, and change management;
• Monitor, report and act upon service levels (SLA, OLA etc.), and implement and maintain related ITSM process KPI analysis and reporting;
• Keep track of budgets and costs related to applications;
• Implement and maintain application training material;
• Handle vendor relations including tender processes, contracts and licenses.

As the Business Analyst in the Information Solutions department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in providing IT solutions that meet business needs and contribute to keep applications operating correctly and remaining available. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in providing functional support to business and users through configuration, application usage and more. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when managing demands from the relevant métier and ensuring new demands are known and documented with the Solution Architect.

Your background

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering or similar is required and technical certifications are a plus;
