For el-virksomhed i Odense søges en erfaren bogholder til ca. 25 timer ugentligt. Arbejdet indbefatter en tæt dialog med virksomhedens direktør om kunder, kreditorer, oprettelse af ordre og online-arbejdssedler, opfølgning af opgaver og timesedler, hjælpe med at tjekke at bestilte materialer er med på de respektive ordrer. Du vil være med til at præge din arbejdplads samt give information til direktøren om ordrer som er klar til godkendelse. Løbende opfølgning på debitorer og i givet fald indlede og færdiggøre rykkerprocedure. Lave løn og lønregnskab. Virksomheden har en flad organisation med ca. 10 ansatte. Kvalifikationer: - Bogholderi, debitor/kreditor - Moms og skatteregnskab - Erfaring med IT, word, excel - Regnskabssystem er C5 - Løn via dataløn - Hjælpe med at besvare telefoner - Rykkerprocedure for betalinger (debitorer) - Oprettelse af ordrer i C5 og som online-arbejdssedler. - Kendskab til el-branchen er en fordel.
