Do you want to join our growth journey? Are you ready to walk the extra mile to create results? Dinex is looking for ATS Technology Project Manager, who will lead the key exhaust after-treatment System (ATS) technology project of readying Dinex’s EU-VII technologies and prototypes for IAA 2020 show, and manage the complete portfolio of sub-projects on EU-VII roadmap.

Qualifications  

• 3-5 years’ experience in developing technologies and products for EU-VI/EU-VII exhaust after treatment systems for trucks and buses

• 3-5 years’ experience managing technology projects with technical and risk understanding

• Formal training in project management

• PMI PMP or Prince2 Practitioner project management certification will be an advantage

• Bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering or equivalent

• Secondary degree in business or MBA will be an advantage

• Good at documenting and reporting on project meetings and program/project portfolio progress

• Proactive and frontloading approach in project management and do things in parallel rather than in sequence

• Possession of commercial and good risk judgment

• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook    and Word, Solidworks

• Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Danish, Chinese or Russian will be an advantage

• Self-driven, result-oriented and flexible in working approach, team leader as well as team player

• Able to keep commitments and stick to deadlines

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the key ATS technology project of readying Dinex’s EU-VII technologies and prototypes for IAA 2020 show

• Manage the complete portfolio of sub-projects on EU-VII roadmap and lead others to deliver the results as well as doing some technical work on your own

• Manage 1-2 other key ATS technology projects from pre-project to finish. Milestone-based execution of technology projects with project management rigor

• Facilitate technology and product research into EU-VII regulatory requirements, OEM requirements, external technology trends and developments, competition readiness and supplier readiness

• Support Technology Managers in coordinating applications for funding programs pertaining to EU-VII

• Collaborate within Technology org. with Technology Managers, Resource Managers, Prototype Workshop, Test Center

• Maintain project-level resource and cost overview - plan and actuals

• Maintain resource-balanced project plans (incl. prototype and testing) and action trackers

• Manage project level risks and opportunities pertaining to time delays, quality issue and cost increase

• Coordinate product costing, project budget and investment status and forecast prior to gates in the project
