Vestas Tools EMEA is the provider of tools used for Wind Turbine Generator installation projects across the world.

The Construction Tools Hub in Videbæk is going through a major turnaround meaning that the Hub will grow further in the future.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Accountable for administrative tasks and Course administration
  • Scanning and archiving of invoices in accordance to local requirements
  • Printing and sending AR invoices to clients
  • Contact to suppliers and finance
  • Invoicing to customers
  • Rental accounting
  • Creating purchase requisitions
  • Update of purchase prices in SAP
  • Creating vacancy templates

Qualifications

In this role you can have various backgrounds. It is integrity and a "can do" attitude we are looking for.

But we expect you to have/be:

  • Knowledge about invoice processing and billing
  • Experience with handling invoices in different IT systems
  • About two years of experience with administrative tasks
  • Experienced in creating power-point presentations
  • Preferably you have some years of experience with the wind industry and possess some knowledge about construction tools, but this is not a must.

Competencies

You are/have:

  • Knowledge about SAP
  • Good English skills both written and orally. Danish is an advantage
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Agile, flexible and a quick learner
  • Result oriented
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Interested and open minded for new challenges
